A mandate is the entry point — not an open offer

Each product line below is brokered only on the basis of a verifiable refinery mandate. Vincrest Partners does not advertise unallocated open-market cargo.

Other refinery codes accommodated on request (AGO, ULSD, naphtha, gasoil grades). Vincrest Partners brokers what the underlying refinery mandate actually supports.

The procedure

A five-step workflow, auditable at every step

Every introduction passes the same bankable procedure — from the moment a mandate enters the desk to the closed paper trail. No step is skipped, no step is informal.

  1. Step 011

    Mandate & soft-probe signed

Each seller is onboarded exclusively on the basis of a verifiable, refinery-issued mandate or direct allotment. No open-market intermediation.

  2. Step 022

    Counterparty KYC and SBLC procedures

Buyers and sellers pass full KYC and the firm coordinates bank-issued, SBLC-ready instrument procedures before any commercial terms are exchanged.

  3. Step 033

    Refinery endorsement + shipping traceability

Original mandate documents, refinery endorsements and Bill of Lading traceability are checked against the issuing refinery, terminal and shipping line.

  4. Step 044

Term sheet circulated to qualified buyers

Only fully-screened counterparties receive the term sheet. Pricing, Incoterms, vessel nomination and payment instrument are all defined in advance.

  5. Step 055

    Closing with auditable paper trail

Every introduction, negotiation step and signed document is logged. WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn stay auditable end-to-end so the closed deal carries proof.

The same procedure is followed whether the seller is a refinery, an NOC, or an established mandate holder — and on every side of the transaction.
Compliance posture

Filters the fraud red flags the market keeps producing

Vincrest Partners exists, in part, to address fraud that recurs in the international petroleum trade every quarter. The verification column is what we deliver on every introduction.

2024–2026 fraud red flags filtered out

If any of these appear in a counterparty introduction, the desk stops the process.

  • Fake allocations with no refinery support
  • Boiler-room pressure tactics and unverifiable "end-buyers"
  • Forged Bills of Lading and fake shipping evidence
  • Non-existent product offers, or offers that cannot be tied to a refinery
  • Upfront fees demanded before any document exchange
Vincrest verification on every transaction

Standard checks performed before any term sheet is sent.

  • Original mandate documents held on file
  • Direct refinery-issued endorsements confirmed
  • Shipping line and B/L traceability verified
  • Bank instrument procedures (SBLC, DLC) coordinated end-to-end
  • Full KYC on both counterparties before term sheet

The two lists are deliberately the same length. Every red flag on the left has a matching verification on the right. The desk's job is to keep them in lockstep.
